When will results of our photography session be available for viewing?

Normally a pregnancy, maternity, infant, toddler, children, or family session will be processed and uploaded to our website within six days.  You will be notified by email or telephone at that time.  Website orders placed during the first two weeks after uploading receive an additional discount, so it is to your advantage to act promptly when notified.

What is a "unit?"

A unit is basically an 8x10 sheet of professional photo paper, containing up to eight photos all the same size and all the same pose.  Examples are one 8x10, two 5x7s, four 3½x5s, and eight wallets.

Why are your packages based on units?

The best reason is that it simplifies the ordering process.  We save a little bit on our lab costs, and we pass those savings on to you.

Do you offer discounts for referrals?

Not directly.  But do offer Shutterbucks.  If you refer someone to Little Forever of Linda's Lenses, and that person becomes a client and makes a purchase, you get a Shutterbuck.  The Shutterbuck is a $40 credit that never expires, and can be used on your next reprint or album order.

Do you sell the digital files?

Yes and no.  Basically the answer is no, because our work is copyrighted and the reproduction of images is how we make our living.  In addition, quality reprinting involves close cooperation between the photographer and the chosen color lab, in which the details of color control have been carefully worked out and are faithfully followed.

However, there are instances where the sale of digital files makes sense.  Corporate customers usually have high-quality or professional in-house reproduction facilities, and we sell them digital files in limited numbers.  Wedding clients who have purchased fine-art albums may also purchase a CD containing all the digital files for $595.  Finally, we make exceptions for clients who have a need for lo-res files that are very suitable for internet display but not of sufficient quality for print reproduction.

How does your Online Payment System work?

  • No PayPal account is needed!  We just use PayPal for processing
  • But if you have a PayPal account you may certainly use it
  • And you can always use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express
  • Your billing address must match your credit card statement
  • No hidden fees will be added to the order during checkout
